Prein & Newhof’s completed the Flood Study, which can be found here.
DEQ will send out public notice to those affected property owners. Texas Township has already setup a forum for this, scheduled for January 16th, 6:30pm at KVCC.
Planning for temporary pumping has been done and a route was identified (map). Although all ELTA residents granted easement, not everyone on the planned route did. Engineers now have to plan a new route to pump from Eagle to Crooked.
The next Task Force meeting is scheduled for December 19th, 10:30am at the Township Hall.

We have about 320 parcels on the lake, or about 300 potential members The cost is a low annual fee of $35 per parcel. The more members we have the better we can band together to protect and improve the environment of Eagle Lake and enhance our property values.
