Lake Quality and Aeration

Eagle Lake's original plan for Aeration was to run from 2017-2022, but that was interrupted by the Flood.  As of May 2023, 14 of our 16 compressors are online, with plans in place for relocating the last two.  Bio. Augmentation is also scheduled for this summer with hopes of seeing positive change by the end of 2023.

Goose Roundup

This year, there were two site visits by GooseBusters to destroy Geese Nests.  No relocation of Geese happened this year due to State regulations and Aviary Flu.  The first trip out yielded 21 eggs spread out over 4 nests.  The second trip there weren't any nests left to destroy.
